Those that attend the Glug tastings are experienced wine buyers. What they buy is useful information for Glug customers. The most recent tasting was in late October. Old favourites have run out as Glug winds down. What they like is now very focussed and I pass on several clues. They liked Eden Valley, and they are right as we know who sold us the wines. The Mount Eagle Eden Valley Shiraz has been offered several times at $10 with few takers. This also applies to the Mount Eagle Montepulciano. Both are gifts which is the point of our pricing. Most of the rest have good, solid Barossa Valley. credentials.
