Glug are big supporters of Clare wines though we have fallen short these last few years with few customer offers. Luck swung our way in October last year when we were asked to select a range of barrels from a highly rated winery. We released a Batch 12A Cabernet late last year and this Shiraz is a suitable partner.

The vineyard landscape of Australia has expanded into many new districts since the 1970s and two premium regions, the Clare and Coonawarra have lost some appeal as customers welcomed the expanded choice. Indeed the growth of Yarra Valley, Canberra district, Tasmania and Margaret River has created difficulty for such long established districts.
Glug moves to where the bargains can be discovered and you will quickly appreciate our enthusiasm for this Clare Valley Shiraz. And note we are believers that younger, and fresher is better.
