I like creating mixed dozens and imagine the customer saying ‘what do I have here’ as they lift a bottle from the carton. I want our wines to surprise so this mix covers mature reds, a wide range of districts and displays the Glug style. We enjoy warm climate flavours, the bigger the better with an emphasis on the Barossa Valley since the flavours of this district are in a class of their own. Glug made the correct decision to settle in the Barossa Valley.
