We bottle some of our Trials. I doubt other winemakers have this luxury as what do they do with a new wine that does not conform to the specifications of marketing. Volume is the game for large wineries and for small wineries it is offering a tight, well thought out range. For Glug it is about keeping our customers interested.
Will this Malbec work with this Cabernet. Who knows until you mix the two. All well-made wines are interesting yet why not adjust the components to make the more complex.
This is what blending Trials are about and we began bottling those we like back in 2017.
