Wine varies with each vintage as the weather that creates the vintage is unique each year. So, it can indeed be said that no two wines are the same. Also, the wines of each vintage will age in a different way as the content of ant-oxidants in the wine like alcohol and tannins will vary in minute proportions.
A first for Glug is a mixed dozen that highlights a single vintage the 2018. Recall the 2017 was wetter than normal and produced a large volume and then swung back to the dry small vintage in 2018 and its worsened in 2019 and 2020. The contrast of the two vintages, 2017 and 2018, is remarkable. The 2017 is now showing age whereas the 2018’s are bright in colour and fresh.
