Both Padthaway and Wrattonbullly are large vineyard areas with Shiraz and Cabernet having that cooler edge of flavour as expressed by Coonawarra. Currently these districts provide the best value reds in Australia. Often used by us in our Trial Bin blends and our value range as the wines bring length of flavour.
