GH76 being the record keeping number. ’75 was when I began selling wine, a better ending, but we have no GH75 barrel. The WIBS idea has worked so lets celebrate that. The alcohol at bottling of GH76 was 15% which indicates why we placed this barrel to one side. Beautiful wine which will keep for years. Good value today.
